Today I cooked a beau­ti­ful set of spare ribs, and down­ing a deli­cious black tea – I feel like I’m becom­ing Ron Swan­son from Parks and Recre­ation as the years go by. If you haven’t seen the TV series, I real­ly rec­om­mend it. Bloody hilar­i­ous.
