G’day you lovelies! I hope you’re hav­ing a fan­tas­tic Fri­day day or night. I’ve got my dark­est of dark Earl Grey’s rich in flavour, on a what is get­ting me ready, for what will soon to be Win­ter in Aus­tralia. It’s get­ting quite chilly I must say, but noth­ing a hot cup of Earl Grey won’t fix…..and a hot water bot­tle. Do peo­ple still use those or is it just me? I real­ly love them. I fill them up with hot water – not boil­ing – and I throw them in 5 min­utes before head­ing to bed or lying down some­where cold, to then suck up that heat whilst relax­ing. Just that cosy feel­ing is what I love.

And speak­ing of what I love, today is a hor­ror sto­ry all the way from 1898 titled The Damned Thing. I assure it’s not what you think it is, or a short sto­ry about some­one try­ing to remem­ber a word they for­got, or some­thing they lost in the house. The Damned Thing is a mix of crea­ture fea­ture, and good old fash­ioned mys­tery. It’s real­ly good for an old school sto­ry, and you know how I love bring­ing the old into the mod­ern realm, and pol­ish­ing it up.
